Ideal for first-timers, seasonal practitioners and member’s guests.
5 Class Passes
Suited for those who practice 2-3 times per week. Consumable in one month.
10 Class Passes
Consumable in one month, this package is ideal for those who want to practice 3-4 times per week.

11:00 AM – Qigong
05:00 PM – Yin Yoga
3. You will receive a link to Zoom 24 hours before class. Check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your primary inbox.
Don’t forget to Download Zoom to your computer, phone, or iPad before your first class.

Pranayama and breath training is not just a physical practice. Through breathing we can start to work with our mind and subconscious and realize our “true nature”.
